Shipping & Delivery

 

Shipping and delivery is handled by United Parcel Services (UPS). PC Diagnostics products are valuable. For this reason we send orders insured and registered. This means that you need to sign for delivery and your package is insured for loss or damage. Your contribution for shipping will be displayed during the check-out

Worldwide Shipping
After we received your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. It will show you the total amount of the order including shipping and payment information. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is offered for shipment. Delivery time is depending on the selected shipping services and shipping destination but will usually be completed within 3-5 working days after receiving your order. Unless the item description on the webshop mentions a different delivery time. If delivery exceeds 5 days, you will be informed by e-mail.

Supply

UPS offers your order three times to your delivery address. If you are not at home to accept your order. The package is sent back to us, after the third offer. At that time we will contact you on how to continue.

All shipments are Delivery at Place of destination (DAP Incoterms®)

Privacy & Security

Privacy Policy
We DO NOT store your credit card information. Once you have submitted your order and a transaction takes place, your credit card information is permanently deleted from our system. PC Diagnostics will not collect any personal information about its customers except when specifically and knowingly provided. Personal information such as name, postal address, email and phone numbers that is gathered to fulfill an order, will not be shared with any third party. All personal information is kept secure and ONLY used for customer order and shipping status inquiries. We do not release any customer information to third parties.

Safe & Secure Shopping
When you shop with us, you never have to worry about credit card safety. Every transaction you make at PC Diagnostics will be safe. Our servers use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that is the industry standard for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Your credit card information will be safe whenever you place an order online. You will never have to pay any money related to unauthorized charges to your credit card account if those charges result from a transaction with us. Using your credit card is safe and risk free



Returns & Replacements

Product Replacements
All replacements must be authorized in advance by PC Diagnostics team. We will replace any defective or damaged item or wrong item shipped, if you notify us within the warranty time of the item. Please log-in to your account to request a RMA authorized number.

My shipment arrived damaged or defective. How do I get a replacement?
In spite of our best efforts, occasionally a PC Diagnostics product will sustain damage in transit. We’ll get a replacement fixture to you as soon as possible. To help us expedite your request, Please log-in to your account to request a RMA authorized number or call us at +31 252 533 284, giving us as much detail as possible about the damaged product. Having a detailed description of the problem helps us resolve the issue and get a new fixture to you as fast as possible.

Ordering

After you checked out your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. It will show you the total amount of the order including shipping and payment information. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is offered for shipment. To view your order status and history, you will need to sign in to your account and select the order button in the left menu bar.

PC Diagnostics offers a variety of payment options for purchases made on pcdiagnostics.eu, including:

Pricing
VAT is not included on the prices in our webshop. 21% VAT will be charged on all deliveries in The Netherlands and also in the European Community when you (or your company) cannot provide us with a correct VAT-number. We have to verify this VAT-number at our local tax office. Deliveries outside the European Community and to customers with verified VAT-numbers in the European Community are with 0% VAT

Promotions
We have the right to increase or decrease the prices of the offered products in the pc diagnostics webshop, i.e. seasonal promotions or end of season sales. Have you received a special discount voucher or code? You can fill out your unique discount code at the checkout. It is only possible to use one discount voucher per order. Prices published by PC Diagnostics on its website or otherwise, may be incorrect. Prices are only binding upon PC Diagnostics confirming such prices to the Client e.g. in an offer to a specific Client or in an order confirmation.

Updating Account Information

You can update your online account profile information anytime, just log into the PC Diagnostics account area of the shop.

Once you have logged in, click on "edit" to update the following information:

• Contact information
• Address
• Newsletter subscription
• Change Password
• Change/Add VAT Number

Updates to your online account profile are effective immediately.
